Welcome to More Than Just a Mama. I’m thrilled you’re here—because I have so much I want to share with you. I’m here to make a life out of what I love, and what I love is being a mommy! I am passionate about my family, my daughter, the life I have created for us here in Harford County. We moved here in June of 2017 and finding my "way" again after moving was hard. I didn't have a support group, mom friends to lean on or friends in general that lived nearby. I started this group to create a sense of comfort & to help woman like myself find friends and feel at home here in Harford County!

Motherhood: It takes a Village!
Our group is for those with kids 0 through 5. Meetups, classes, events going on and more! This page is more moms who needs friends, and ideas to help get them out of the house. Meet ups are typically in Aberdeen, Bel air & Havre de grace areas.
Each month, the Harford Moms Meetup offers a calendar with a variety of activities for our members and their children. Our daytime activities are designed to be activities that you do with your children. A typical month's activities include: playdates at a member's home, meetings at local parks and playgrounds, visits to various places of interest, and seasonal activities. Some activities may have a small fee, but many of the activities are free. Moms are encouraged to attend as few or as many activities as they would like. We also get our spouses in on the fun with Family Night Out.
